I am also a part-time student at Harvard University studying Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

This included using Agile methodology to effect rapid change in the organisation, as well as supporting the functions to enable a smooth transition.

Capital modelling, validation and standard formula As a risk and capital expert, led a number of capital model reviews, including independent model validation.

Previously led the non-life standard formula team for PwC UK and responsible for PwC UKs standard formula model.

Internal model application process (IMAP) Supported 4 out of UKs 19 IMAP submissions.

Provided quality assurance and hands-on assistance to firms for their submissions communications to the PRA.
